I need to cancel - what do I do? |

If you have booked online, then you need to follow the instructions in the confirmation email. Otherwise, give us a call and we will cancel the reservation. If reserved via an on line booking agent, we ask that at least 7 days notice is given. If a cancellation is received in less than 7 daysor you dont show, then we reserve the right to charge the full amount of your stay. |

Do you take a deposit when I book? |
We do take a deposit equivalent to one nights accommodation, per room booked at time of booking via credit or debit card. If no card available a cheque, postal order or bankers draft is required. The booking will not be confirmed until the payment has cleared. The deposit is non-refundable.

Unfortunately no, we do not. The layout of the building and subsequent cost means that installing a lift is prohibitive for us. Our bedrooms are located on the 1st & 2nd floors, so if stairs are a problem, please bear this in mind - but we will do our best to help you as much as we can! |

There is parking in Marine Parade which is pay and display until 6pm every day. Paget Road is Zone A resident parking, for which a voucher is required but after 6pm until 8am you can park there. There are pay & display car parks within 100 metres of us. North Drive is also pay and display but within easy walking distance.
The pay and display runs from April to October 8am - 6pm each day, during November to 1 April parking is free in Marine Parade.

Well behaved children are welcome, please ask for the family room as these rooms are suitable for families. Children over 16 must have their own room.

Are your prices per room or per person |
|
The prices shown on screen are per room per night and include breakfast. This is based on occupancy of up to 2 people. Some rooms we can accommodate extra beds for an extra charge. |
