Access Statement
~No.78 Bed & Breakfast is a victorian end terrace property set back slightly from the main road.
~Parking is available on the street immediately in front of the building in pay & display zones. Permit parking may be available on Paget road that runs parallel to No.78. Disabled badge holders are able to park on the street and in the permit zone without penalty (subject to normal road laws).
~Access into the property is via a set of concrete stairs, and then a step down into the porch area.
~With the exception of the lounge and part of the dining room, all public areas and bedrooms are carpetted.
~Guest bedrooms are located on the first and second floors and are accessed by wide, even stairs.
~We have a L1 Fire system in place which means detector and sounders are in all areas, including bedrooms and public areas. This system and the emergency lighting is tested weekly.
